Summer Workout Program
The SSM Summer workout program is a three month strength and conditioning program designed to increase strength, power, speed, conditioning and agility.
The online links will contain everything you need to execute the SSM summer workout program. It contains all of your weight, core, plyometric, speed, agility, sprint, distance, and stretch training. It also contains pictures and descriptions on how to perform each exercise and stretch.
